We currently deliver across Downtown Cairo, Dokki, Agouza, Mohandessin, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, and Heliopolis. See our Delivery & Shipping page for exact fees per area.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, Visa/Mastercard, Valu, and Souhoola. Card and installment payments are processed securely through Paymob.
Can I return a medicine if I don’t need it anymore?
For safety reasons, medicines and opened health/hygiene products cannot be returned once they’ve left our pharmacy. If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us and we’ll make it right at no cost to you. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Can I return cosmetics or skincare?
Yes, unopened cosmetics and skincare in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Some products require a prescription, how does that work?
Certain items on our site are marked as requiring pharmacist review or a valid prescription. These can’t be purchased through instant checkout; our pharmacy team reviews these requests individually before they’re fulfilled.
