Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before processing it.
- Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary.
Prescription and Regulated Items
- Some items on our site require a valid prescription or pharmacist approval before they can be sold. These items are clearly marked and cannot be purchased through instant checkout, they require review by our pharmacy team.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any order that requires further verification for safety or regulatory reasons.

Orders and Payment
- We accept Cash on Delivery, Visa/Mastercard, Valu, and Souhoola (card and installment payments processed securely via Paymob).
- An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Delivery
- We currently deliver to: Downtown Cairo, Dokki, Agouza, Mohandessin, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, and Heliopolis. Delivery fees vary by area and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive Cash on Delivery orders, as payment is collected at the time of delivery.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Egyptian law.
