Usage: Prescription-only tirzepatide injection for use under the supervision of a qualified clinician, together with an appropriate diet and activity plan.

Description: Mounjaro 12.5 mg KwikPen is a multiple-dose pre-filled pen containing four fixed weekly doses. Dose selection and any increase must be decided by the prescriber.

Key Ingredients: Tirzepatide 12.5 mg in each 0.6 mL dose.

How to Apply: Inject subcutaneously once weekly in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm as prescribed. Rotate injection sites and use a new compatible needle for every dose. Store refrigerated at 2–8°C and do not freeze.
